NOW HIRING MULTIPLE PROJECT MANAGERS
Multiple opportunities for experienced Project Managers with backgrounds in infrastructure, buildings, and high-rise development projects, to join our Tier 1 Contracting clients across the UAE
The Role
These Project Managers will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, monitoring progress against key milestones and taking corrective action as needed.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure alignment and smooth communication across all stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental standards across the project site.
- Oversee procurement processes, subcontractor selection, and contract administration in line with project requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving any technical or logistical issues that may impact project delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience within the UAE construction industry.
- Strong background working in a Project Manager position for main contractors in the UAE on large-scale projects.
- Currently based in the UAE, with deep knowledge of local construction regulations and processes.
- Solid leadership in coordinating with contractors.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; PMP certificate is a plus.
