Multiple opportunities for experienced Construction Managers & Senior Construction Managers with backgrounds in roads & infrastructure projects, to join leading contractors across the UAE.
The Roles
These Construction Managers & Senior Construction Managers will be responsible for overseeing all the on-site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards for the main contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring work is completed according to schedule and specifications.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and site personnel.
- Monitor project progress and report on timelines, costs, and potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and suppliers.
- Oversee quality control procedures and conduct regular site inspections.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5/8 years as a Construction Manager for a Main Contractor in the UAE.
- Experience in working on major roads & infrastructure projects from the beginning to the handover stage.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management required.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred for these positions.
