NOW HIRING FOR A PROJECT DIRECTOR
Currently hiring for an experienced Project Director to join a leading main contractor to join a leading Main Contractor on an ultra-luxury hospitality project valued at over AED 1 billion, based in Abu Dhabi.
Successful candidates for this position will have a minimum of 20 years of experience, mostly working for main contractors in the GCC on large-scale luxury building projects.
The Role
The Project Director will be responsible for leading the entire delivery from design to handover, ensuring all aspects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction, ensuring the project is delivered to world-class luxury standards.
- Manage client, consultant, operator, and stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Oversee project finances, budgets, procurement, and contractual obligations to safeguard profitability.
- Drive construction delivery, risk management, and quality control from inception through to handover.
Requirements
- Minimum of 20 years of experience, mostly working for main contractors in the GCC on large-scale building projects.
- Experience working as a Project Director for a main contractor in the GCC.
- Proven experience working on projects worth between AED 500 million – AED 1 billion as a Project Director.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
