NOW HIRING A FACTORY OPERATIONS MANAGER
Our client is a leading fit-out contractor based in the UAE who specialises in hospitality, residential, commercial and retail projects
The Role
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of interior construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers to align project goals and expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Proven experience in managing production for luxury fit-out projects in hospitality, commercial, and retail sectors
- Strong technical expertise in CNC machining, modular systems, and manufacturing process optimisation
- Familiarity with QA/QC systems, ISO certifications, and HSE compliance
- Commercially savvy with P&L, cost control, and operational budgeting
- Experience in ERP systems and production planning tools
- Capability to contribute to tendering, estimating, and technical proposals
- Fluent English communication, strategic mindset, and high ownership
- Must have experience leading a joinery factory
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience
- 10+ years in a senior leadership role
- UAE experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience leading multiple projects
