NOW HIRING A PROJECT MANAGER
Our client is an interior fit-out contractor based in Dubai who specialises in commercial, office, and retail projects.
The Role
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of interior construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers to align project goals and expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage fit-out projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations.
- Monitor site progress and resolve issues by working closely with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, tracking milestones and adjusting plans to address delays or changes.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control procedures throughout all phases of the project.
- Manage project documentation, including RFIs, progress reports, variation orders, and handover documents.
- Must have experience working on interior and fitout projects in the UAE
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Proven experience within fit-out projects
- UAE experience is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience leading multiple projects
